I've gotten them down to a fine science and to whip up 6 mini cheesecakes takes 20 or so minutes.
For those of you looking for something delicious to make for Thanksgiving this might be the best recipe I've come up with yet.
I always seem to do everything for Thanksgiving at the very last minute... I think I mentioned that in my post last year about table settings (here). But this year I'm prepared and very excited to eat these little guys.

If you do happen to make this please be sure to let me know. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do and Happy Thanksgiving to all my dear Canadian friends. xo e
This is so cute! I think I am going to give it a try. My two littles would love this! Where did you get the mini mason jars?
ReplyDeleteThanks Paige! I found my mini mason jars at Canadian Tire but if you’re in the states you can typically find them at any big grocer or hardware store. I think they’re supposed to be for jam or relish.
ReplyDeletePlease let me know if you decide to make them and thanks for commenting. :)
Thank you for responding! I will get these and I have them on my thanksgiving list of what to make! I love your blog! It inspires me so much. Happy Sunday!
