1. YSL Anti-Cernes Concealer (even better than touche eclat)
2. Laura Mercier Eye Basics in Wheat- an eye base/primer, such amazing stuff
3. YSL Rouge Volupte (I'm wearing nude beige #1 but also love 15, 27, and 29)
4. Giorgio Armani Sheer Blush in #5, perfect on every skin tone
This is the image I posted on instagram that prompted questions about what cosmetics I use. I used to have a million blushes, shadows, etc. I recently simplified and edited out all my old cosmetics. The above is basically all I have in my makeup bag now, with the addition of eyeshadow in Espresso and Ivory , black mascara and my beloved Jane Iredale mineral makeup.
GORGEOUS!
ReplyDeleteFirst, LOVE the new look over here. Second, you're GORGEOUS and third, I wouldn't have believed anything was better than touche eclat- going to get the Anit-Cernes immediately!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies! Love you both! xo
ReplyDeleteChristine- Anti-Cernes is good for the hard core under eye bag cover up. Not saying you need it... but I certainly do. ;)
Love your choices! Can't go wrong with YSL lipstick. By the way, happy I stumbled across your blog. I'm your newest follower! :)

You are sooo beautiful:) Thanks for the makeup tips.
ReplyDeletebeautiful! I love ysl lipstick and laura mercier's eye basics. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou are gorgeous Erica. I am a big fan of YSL lipstick. I'll have to try their concealer. May I ask you....do you have a recommendation for an eye cream? The one I have been using is not giving me the results I want anymore. I guess that would be that I am geting older! Love that iphone cover, too!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! You are literally one of the prettiest women I've ever seen! I'm so taking your picture to my plastic surgeon to get that perfect nose! =)
ReplyDeleteLove this picture of you! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, these comments truly made my day. Thanks loves! xo
ReplyDeleteErica, you are naturally beautiful!! I saw that you use the YSL concealer for under your eyes, so I'm definitely going to consider it! I love my touche eclat, but some days these bags seem about to overtake my face! PS- I only have TWO boys. Don't know how you do it and still look flawless! :)
ReplyDeleteerica, you are soooo gorgeous!!! wow, like prettier than anyone i've ever seen in movies, magazines, and real life! But i know there's more to you than your pretty face- don't want to sound shallow- you are a sweetheart too. anyways, i really like that lip color- i'm definitely a nudish pink kind of a lip person, i'll have to check it out. thanks for sharing. :-)
ReplyDeleteLadies! Your comments totally made my day- maybe even my month and year. We all have our times when we're not feeling that great and I'm just coming out of one of those times. It's nice to get a little outside boost or compliment when you're not feeling so boss on the inside. I cherish you all more than words can say. xo
ReplyDeleteOoooooh I love this new blog!!!! Lovely picture of you, missy. You can help teach me new makeup tricks when I see you ........ something I seriously lack. Have fun in NYC.
ReplyDeleteOk Now I'm really going to have to go out and try all these. I love finding great new make up. It's an addiction I just can't shake.
ReplyDeleteBTW- You are seriously a bomb shell!
So pretty! Which Jane Iredale products do you use?
ReplyDeleteI love this pic, you are Gorgeous! :) I'm also a fan of less is more in terms of makeup, and I love the natural look of neutrals which are what I wear too. I'll have to check out the Jane Iredale mineral makeup. I made the switch to mineral makeup 2 yrs ago but am always open to new products.

Karla
