What's Up

Hello Lovers! I've missed you! Posting has been erratic lately as many exciting things have happened around here that necessitated my immediate attention. Subsequently, I've been addressing a list as long as my arm. However, it's been entirely worth it and has yielded some outstanding and very welcome changes in our home... one being the acquisition (finally!!!) of china.
I couldn't wait to share with all of you. The set I found was absolutely meant to be and is perfect for me. Simple white china with a platinum laurel leaf detail at the rim... and yes those are new cabinets housing my lovely new collection. Homesense finds. Score huh?! Also....
I recently had a wonderful time with the amazingly talented Tracey Ayton. Her visit is an integral part of the excitement around here and she's posted a little clue, if you will, on her blog where she's also summed up rather eloquently how splendid our visit was. (Is it enough to say "ditto" Tracey?)
If you don't already know her check her out. She's a good one!! Happy Sunday. xo

  3. I have a set very similar to that from my mum that I (very sadly) had to leave in storage in the US when I moved to the UK. I so wish I could have brought it with me! So simple and so gorgeous.

That said, I am so in love with your cabinet! Wow, it's so beautiful!! Totally jealous lol x

  5. Your china is classic and timeless! Unfortunately mine was handed down from my great-grandmother and it is pink floral!! :) It has much sentimental value, but needless to say it's not what I would have picked!
