Around The House...
It seems I have so many projects to finish. I'm thrilled this one's under way... the completion of my deck. Here are some pictures. I'm already looking forward to posting the after images of my little oasis back there. Happy weekend! xoxo e
I've accumulated sooo many goodies over the last two years... outdoor pillows, lanterns, two carpets, end tables, etc... I don't even have to buy anything. I was never able to devote the time or finished space to them and now I can't wait to pull these elements together and share!
This is the area that needs the most love right now. That stair landing is a serious hazard. A deck down here will provide a larger seating area and will cover up an eye sore of lumpy soil and weeds.

I can't wait! I bought that same rug at Target last year, in fact I bought 2! I love how one side is black and the other is white. I did the same thing last year... I had collected lots of great stuff but never put it together until we purchased the chinoiserie black & white tented pavillion and voila... it all came together perfectly and we never spent so much time in our backyard as we did last summer!!! We are waiting for the rain and wind to stop before putting it back up. We can't wait!!!

I spied black and white stripes!! My favorite pattern. You and I are both using stripes outside. It looks like you have some amazing pieces.
