Once upon a time I ventured to South Africa to visit family. I was smitten with the little outdoor home they had built in their courtyard. They lovingly referred to it as "the Lapa"... zulu, for "over there". My heart will always hold a special spot for that place. This long term crush inspired the build of this lovely little space, my own Lapa.
I can't wait to invite you in when it's done. xo
